Excellent class, easy access, full, personal support every step of the process. First time taking BLS, not at the hospital, so the process was different. Many individuals are readily available to assist by phone. They really want to have you be successful, with whatever class you are taking. Efficient, thorough, friendly and 100% supportive. I recommend this company , very highly. I felt safe, and appreciate them a great deal. Instructors are available by phone , as they watch you perform CPR, and offer suggestions, Instead of just listening to the mannequin’s recording. I appreciate Safety Training’s complete thoroughness, with every step of the process, from registration to receiving my feedback, and my immediate BLS card. Thank you to all, for being such a great team. You were always at my side, making sure I was going to be successful. Thank you. Most importantly, the support, caring, patience, professionalism, and immediate constructive feedback I received from Amor, my virtual evaluator, and thorough trainer, made a huge difference for me. Someone, cares, and is at my side to teach, support, evaluate , and make sure My technique was correct, so that I would pass, and receive my BLS renewal card. I appreciate each employee, who helped and assisted me. Thank you, Fritzie! Thank you, Becky! Thank you, Ken! To each of you, you make such a difference, in our intense RN lives. You have always assisted, each time , I have called. I will call in November to begin PALS certification. Stay safe please, and each one of you take good care. Thank you, Amir, you are kind, and amazing. Actually, an Angel. sorry, Amor!!!Posted on Google![]()

I really liked how you can take the class online and then the other portion in person. It was very helpful and the instructor made everything really simple but also making sure that you knew what you were doing. (Don’t take the arms off from the baby’s. That’s a big no no) All jokes aside everything was explained really well. I would come back! (I am so sorry I forgot my instructors name but she explained everything very well!!!)Posted on Google![]()
