Driving Directions From Hospitals

Take C Street to Wilbur Avenue. From there, follow Shasta Street, Colusa Avenue, and Butte House Road until you reach Civic Center Boulevard. Continue on Civic Center Boulevard, then turn left to stay on it. Make a right turn, and you will see the building on the left.
Head down H Street until you reach CA-20/10th Street, then turn left. Continue on CA-20/10th Street and turn right onto Gray Avenue, passing the TOGO’S Sandwiches on your way. Use the left lane to make a left turn onto Butte House Road. From there, turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard. Make a final right turn, and our CPR building is on left.
Take Spruce Street to CA-99 South. Follow CA-99 South to Queens Avenue in Yuba City and take exit 342. Continue on Queens Avenue, then turn left onto El Dorado Lane. El Dorado Lane will become Civic Center Boulevard; follow it and then make a final right turn to arrive to our CPR building.

Head towards Steven Way, then turn left onto Civic Center Blvd. After you make a right turn, our CPR building is on the left.
Head towards Pass Road and take a left. Continue until it becomes Acacia Avenue, then turn left onto Butte House Road. After you pass the 7-Eleven, make a right onto Civic Center Boulevard. From there, take a right and then a final left.

Take D Street to E Street, then continue on CA- until you reach Gray Avenue. Turn right onto Gray Avenue. Use the left lane to make a left turn onto Butte House Road. From there, turn left onto Civic Center Boulevard, and then make a final right turn.
