I had a great experience with Safety Training Seminar! The online BLS portion was easy to follow and convenient, and the in-person skills test was super simple. You just go in, use a computer to complete the skills portion, and the whole process is quick and easy. Watching the YouTube video on common mistakes and how to get into the building did help me a lot as well. It was very convenient and stress-free, especially with how flexible the process is. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to get their BLS certification!

I loved the inclusivity of this course. I’ve taken countless BLS/ACLS courses without knowing how to perform CPR on pregnant women, as well as a few other situations that were taught. I also appreciate how women mannequins were incorporated too. Very informative and easy to navigate, both online and in person.

Except for having to plug in manikin to computer. I had a great experience. If anything I would highly suggest putting an air conditioner or fan in the room. It was super hot in there.

Course was very well-planned and detailed. I really appreciated the video about the location of the testing site and how to get into the suite. Once I got in the suite, there were more than enough stations, cleaning equipment, etc. I had everything I needed!

The class was wonderful! The instructors kept us engaged by having us participate in different activities and write our answers in the chat. This helped me stay awake, focused, and actively involved throughout the training. I also really appreciated that the instructors included links in the confirmation email. This was a great resource because it allowed us to print our own copies of the information and materials that we need to provide to parents at our centers. I personally loved this part. The instructors also provided the specific page numbers that need to be given to parents, which made it very helpful and convenient. I also appreciated the 10-minute breaks. The timing of the breaks was perfect and gave us a chance to refresh and come back ready to continue learning. Overall, I truly enjoyed this training and learned a lot. It was a pleasure taking the course, and I appreciate the instructors for making the training informative, interactive, and engaging. One suggestion I would like to share is regarding the certificate. It would be very helpful if the certificate could be issued on the same day that the training is completed, especially for those of us who are on a deadline to submit our documents to licensing. Since attendance was taken during the training and then given to another person to process, perhaps the certificates could be prepared ahead of time or issued electronically once attendance is confirmed. One additional suggestion I would like to share is regarding the cost of the training. If possible, offering the training at a slightly lower price would be very helpful, especially for teachers and directors who need to complete several required trainings for licensing. I understand the value of the training, but a more affordable price would make it more accessible to those who need it. One more suggestion is regarding the survey. It would be helpful to include an “Other” option or an additional blank space where participants can write in their city. My city was not listed, so I selected San Francisco because the instructors had mentioned that city during the training. Having a blank space to enter our city would make the survey more accurate and easier to complete Thank you for providing such a valuable training. I really enjoyed the experience and appreciate everything I learned!
