Finding Suite 246 was difficult at first. Even after reading the location instructions, I still had trouble finding it and was only able to locate it with help from someone else. I also wanted to mention that the entrance video linked in the email shows how to find Suite 109, not Suite 246, which was a bit confusing. When I arrived, the manikin directly across from the door did not detect my breathing during the CPR test because the sensor wasn’t working properly, so I had to move to a different manikin to complete the exam. During the CPR test, there was a large flying insect in the room, which was very distracting and honestly a bit frightening. Despite these issues, I completed the test successfully. I really appreciated that my certificate was issued so quickly—that was definitely a positive part of the experience.

I recently completed my CPR BLS certification with Safety Training Seminar in Los Gatos, and overall it was a great experience. I really appreciate that they are a women locally based business, it’s always nice to support businesses like that! The course is set up with an online portion that you complete ahead of time, followed by an in-person skills session. The in-person part is very streamlined and fully computer-based. You receive a door code, let yourself in, and choose from multiple individual stations. Each station is set up with everything you need, just grab gloves, log into your account, and start. What I liked most was how quick and efficient the process was. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, which is incredibly convenient for a busy schedule. They also offer availability almost every day with multiple time slots throughout the day, which makes scheduling super easy and flexible. The stations provide real-time feedback on your compressions, rate, and ventilations, which is really helpful for making sure your technique is accurate. I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a positive experience. That said, if this is your first time learning CPR, you might benefit more from a traditional in-person class with an instructor to guide you. But for those already familiar with CPR, especially healthcare professionals, this is a fast, easy, and reliable way to renew your certification. Highly recommend!

Used their services for both 2024 and 2026 BLS card; streamlined and efficient process, no complaints. Just be aware the youtube video walkthrough to help find the testing site is outdated if you’re going to the Los Gatos location. Thanks! :)

The BLS Complete online was informative and understandable as a lay rescuer, and the on-site skills assessment went very smoothly. Directions and instructions for doing the assessment alone was clear, and the assessment itself provided optional demos, tips, and hands-on practice before the scoring portion. Overall a very accessible and smooth experience!

I completed my CPR training without an instructor, and it was very easy to understand. I had enough time to practice and pass the skills test. I felt comfortable and confident during the process.
