This was my second time completing the course with her, and once again, she exceeded my expectations. Being able to go back and review the information on the video was extremely helpful. Visually is how I learn. When I had questions, you had a phone number and a person was always available to talk me through whatever issue I was facing. When I arrived at the Walnut Creek location, I was very nervous. My biggest issue was logging on. For whatever reason, my phone wasn’t working properly, but the trainer was right there with me guiding me all the way. I’m assuming the rest of the participants were on Zoom so they could see what she was doing. But I didn’t feel left out as she stayed with me throughout the class. Now I’m just hoping I passed!
