RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)

The American Heart Association® and Safety Training Seminars now provide Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) skills testing for BLS, ACLS, and PALS providers. With RQI, students complete their hands-on skills testing using a voice-assisted manikin (VAM). The process is fully guided—no instructor needed. Instead, the manikin and computer coach you step-by-step through the session.

This option is available for both initial and renewal students.

Fraudulent online CPR courses are more common than you might think. Every month, we encounter students submitting fake online CPR certificates. These scams are run by companies that often appear legitimate, but don’t fall for it—they’re deceptive.

Here’s what to look out for:

No Local Phone Number: Legitimate companies provide reliable local contact information.
False Claims of AHA Compliance: Some websites falsely advertise courses as American Heart Association (AHA)-compliant when they are not.
Negative Reviews: A quick search can reveal red flags. Lots of negative online reviews? Look elsewhere.

We don’t offer refunds after your purchase. However, you can reschedule your course for a $30 fee per reschedule.
