From Adventist Health Tulare (via N J St and Akers St)

Take E Merritt Ave to N M St. From there, turn right onto N M St, then take a left onto E Prosperity Ave. Next, turn right onto N J St, followed by a right onto Avenue 264. Your next turn will be a left onto Rd 100/Akers St, which will lead you to W Noble Ave where you will make a final right turn.

Upon exiting the parking lot, head toward W Cypress Ave and take a right. You’ll pass a Valvoline Instant Oil Change on your left. Afterward, turn left onto S Akers St, then make a final right onto W Noble Ave. The building will be on your right.
