Driving Directions From Hospitals

Head toward McKee Road and continue straight. Use the right lane to access the ramp onto I-680 North, then merge onto the highway. Take Exit 6 for Landess Avenue and use the middle lane to turn right onto Landess Avenue. Pass Wells Fargo Bank on your left, then make a left turn shortly after. The building will be located on your right.
Head west and continue onto Di Salvo Avenue. Turn right onto Stevens Creek Boulevard, then take a slight right to merge onto I-880 North. Stay on I-880 North and take exit 7 for Montague Expressway. Merge onto Montague Expressway and continue straight until it transitions into Landess Avenue. You’ll pass Wells Fargo Bank on your left—shortly after, make a left turn.
Head south and turn left onto Renova Dr. Next, take a right onto Renova Dr and then a left onto S Bascom Ave. From there, turn right onto Moorpark Ave and use the left lane to merge onto I-280 S via the ramp. Stay on I-280 S and continue onto I-680 N. Take exit 6 for Landess Ave and use the middle lane to turn right onto Landess Ave. Pass Wells Fargo Bank on your left, then turn left. The building will be on your right.

Head south on Downing Road toward Calaveras Road. Take a right onto Calaveras Road, then a left onto Piedmont Road. Continue by turning right onto Landess Avenue, and finally, make another right to reach the building.
Proceed to Town Center Drive and continue along it. Use the middle lane to turn left onto East Calaveras Boulevard. Then, use the right lane to merge onto I-680 South via the ramp toward San Jose. Take the exit for Landess Avenue/Montague Expressway, then follow the Landess Avenue ramp. Stay to the right and follow the signs for Landess Avenue to merge onto Landess Avenue/Montague Expressway. Continue straight on Landess Avenue before making a left turn.
