From Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (751 S Bascom Ave) Head north on Bascom Ave, take W San Carlos St east, then turn left on N 1st St. Continue north until W Taylor St. We’re located on the 7th floor of the Civic Center Tower.
From Japan Town Medical Group (280 Jackson St) Just a few blocks away. Head north on Jackson St, then turn left onto W Taylor St. Our building is on the corner of N 1st and W Taylor.
