Discount BLS Classes for UCSF Dental Students

Payment
The regular rate is $80 per person. However, UCSF dental students will pay $50 per person on the day of the class.

Book Policy
UCSF dental students must bring in the BLS book on the day of the class. You can check out this book for free at the Parnassus Library. If you do not bring the book, you must purchase one for $20.

Day of the Class
When you check in for your training, please tell the instructor you are with UCSF Dental School. You must print out this page and bring with you to class. You must show this page and your student ID to the instructor. If you do not bring those items with you, you will have to pay the full price to attend the class.

Cancellation
After you register for your course, you will receive an email confirmation. If you would like to cancel, click on “cancel” in the email. Then, you may register for another course.
